The more valuable that you can present yourself as an investor, as a business person, or as an employee, the more leverage you will have on your own money situations. You have to make it a priority to take opportunities when they are presented to you. You cannot hesitate and spend weeks and months thinking things over. Make a sound decision and stick with it.
